The Studio
Heartsmiths is shaped by two homes. I split my time between Amsterdam and Bali, where my children — who are part Balinese — keep us moving between both worlds. Each piece is handcrafted wherever I am, in Amsterdam or in Bali, working in sterling silver and gold fill with natural opals sourced from the Australian earth. No two pieces — and no two places — are ever quite the same

Winning the Red Dot Design Award for a bracelet and ring that form a heart when viewed from above, was a defining moment for me.
It reinforced what I had always believed—design is not just about aesthetics; it’s about intention.
