Returns & Refunds

 

You can return any piece within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund of the item price.

 

How to return.

1. Email helloheartsmiths@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you want to return. You don’t need to give a reason.

2. Send the piece back unworn, in its original condition and packaging, to: Heartsmiths, Oeverwalhof 20, 1349 JE Almere, the Netherlands.

3. Once we receive it, we refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order.

 

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend a tracked shipment, since the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

 

Exceptions. Custom or personalized pieces made specially to your request cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

 

Faulty or damaged? If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 1-year guarantee, contact us. We’ll repair or replace it, or refund you, and cover the shipping.

 

Your legal right of withdrawal. As a customer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy includes and extends this right. To withdraw, a clear message by email is enough.
