Every Heartsmiths order ships free, worldwide, with tracking.

 

Processing time. Each piece is ready to go. Your order leaves our studio in the Netherlands within 1 business day.

 

Delivery time (after shipping):

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• Germany and the rest of the EU: 1–5 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–15 business days

 

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link.

 

Packaging. Every piece arrives in a gift-ready box, so it's ready to give.

 

Customs. Orders within the EU have no customs or import fees. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
